Terms and Conditions of FREE Vacation

1. Valid for one (1) year from qualifying event
2. Award is transferable
3. Based on availability of unit 501 Tropic Isles in Gulf Shores, Alabama
4. Award consist of the use of this unit including departure clean up
5. Each full increment of $100,000 above the initial $100,000 qualifying event of the transaction increases the award by one night (Example: $200,000 = 3 nights, $300,000 = 4 nights)
6. FREE Vacation program may be cancelled or modified with thirty (30) days notice, with notice being posted on this site.
7. Any awards earned are still valid for one (1) year from qualifying event
8. Transactions already scheduled are still eligible for the award
9. Posting of change in Terms and Conditions to this website shall be deemed as notice
